Hey everyone! We just wanted to wish all of our readers and customers a very happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year! We hope you all had a safe and joyful holiday season.

The 2010 show lineup begins with Orlando Repticon on January 16th and 17th. Then, without missing a beat we have Tampa Repticon at the USF Sundome on February 13th and 14th, only to be followed by Tampa Reptile Mania at the Florida State Fairground on March 6th and 7th. It’s going to be a busy year right from the start!!! As always, we hope to see some of you out there!

Another successful show!

This past weekend we had a fantastic time at the return of the Repticon show to the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa. The show was absolutely packed!!! Repticon has been doing an amazing job of getting the word out about their shows and it is certainly paying off. We spent a great deal of time with many new customers educating them on various species of turtles, tortoises, lizards (especially monitors!), frogs/toads, and salamanders. We even had people drive over an hours distance just to come and thank us for helping them at the Orlando Repticon show! It is because of the people that we meet at these shows that we do what we do. You guys make our hard work worth it and we just want to thank you!

Big Weekend Ahead!

Another show weekend is here. We will be at the Orlando Repticon show this weekend and we have a suprise for our customers. We will finally be bringing some Black Throat monitors for sale! They are 3 juveniles, ranging from approx. 16″ to 2 feet. They are all handleable and are eating frozen/thawed mice.

We will also be bringing a variety of turtles and tortoises, salamanders, newts, axolotls, frogs, desert iguanas and some other lizards.

So come out and see Bosco our 5 foot Black Throat and maybe pick one of your own up!

Manatee Repticon Part 2

Sorry for the delay folks! It always takes a bit of time to unwind from a show and get back to the computer

The show went very well! Day 2 brought familiar faces…people who always come by just to say hi and update us on how their new family member that they got from us is doing. It never gets old.

One of the coolest things about this particular show is that USARK was there getting signatures to stop HR669 from passing. They collected over 1,000 signatures!!! Before the show they had already collected 16,000. For those who have not heard, HR669 did not pass on April 23rd. The bill is not dead, but we have stalled them and at least our voice has been heard!

All in all, we are glad that we were able to attend the show. As always, it was a blast

Repticon Manatee show update!

The first day of the show has come and gone! Samantha helped out at ReptileSupply.com’s booth so it was a first for Martins World Exotics as the duo was broken up for the day Many customers came up to the booth for information on different species of turtles and their care so we got to do a lot of educating today which is very important to us. Stay tuned for part 2 tomorrow!
